If your racks are in stock they will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouses.

Please Note: Shipping times are only estimates. Please take into account courier operating days, public holidays, delivery parameters and the remoteness of your location. Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel collect facilities. Shipping dispatch and delivery times may be delayed during promotional periods.

We may open up pre-orders for our racks in various regions from time to time if our racks are out of stock. This enables you to secure your rack on our next available shipment. An estimated dispatch time may be shown on the product page if available. If no time frame is shown we generally expect to be back in stock within 2-4 weeks.

If the rack you purchase is on pre-order it will be shipped to you once it is back in stock in our warehouse. You will automatically receive shipping and tracking information once the stock is available in our warehouse and your delivery has been booked.

In some cases where you have ordered various rack types we may split your shipping as each rack becomes available.
