Returns

If you are not happy with your Steadyrack product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:

1. It is within 30 days of receiving the product
2. It was purchased from this website (steadyrack.com)
3. It is the current style or design
4. It is in new, unused, resaleable condition in original packaging
5. We have been notified of the return beforehand to provide return details

Once your shipping request is confirmed, you'll receive a free return label to attach to the products you wish to return. Please ensure the products are securely packaged in the original packaging and drop them off at your nearest postal centre for processing. Please note, free returns are only valid for Mainland United States (not including Hawaii, Mexico, and Alaska). If in any of these locations, a return address will be provided for you to return your products to.

Returns can take up to one week to be processed once delivered to the warehouse. Once it has been receipted in and meets the above criteria, we will refund you back to your original payment method. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

* Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for purchases made elsewhere - please contact your original point of purchase to return your Steadyrack. Warranty claims excepted – select Warranty Claim below.

* Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to Steadyrack in accordance with the returns policy. For more information, visit our Terms of Service.
