Love this product. Wish rear wheel support was wider for fat tires.

So glad you love your racks Alaska. We felt it was unnecessary to increase the size of the rear wheel support for fat tyres when developing the fat rack as it added to costs and didn't improve the function however we will always take feedback on board. Thank you for your review.

Bought two to these racks for LWB Recumbents. Easy installation. One problem I found was that the Bachetta Bella front forks with a 20" wheel bend back instead of being straight. The forks rubbed on the rack when the bike was hanging. I put padding on the rack where the forks rubbed and this resolved the problem . The second LWB recumbent was a Sun EZ Sport and that did not have the rubbing problem.

I love these racks! 3 of my 4 bikes have fenders so I installed four of the fender style steadyracks. I bought some pine planks and put those up making sure I attached to wall studs, then was able to install the racks exactly at the width/height I wanted. I was able to do all this easily and the bikes look great! I now have four bikes stored in the space where I used to have just two on a pole. I also don't have to lift my heavy touring bikes to put them away. Even my husband was impressed when he saw how well they worked.

Best purchase I have made in a while - I absolutely love these racks, I am a need freak and my garage looks in so much more order now. So easy to put my bikes away and I can fit five bikes in a very small area. Happy to share my pictures and video of my new space if anyone interested.

Great product. Easy to install, have 5 on the wall in the garage. Best to go into studs (did that for 4 mounted high) and went low on one that is only mounted in gyprock (used better fixings from Bunnings). Highly recommend the SteadyRack!

Recently installed 5 steadyracks. They were a breeze to install and have given me so much more space in my garage, well worth it.

I could care less about instructions for this. This was all about what worked for me. Since, I was mounting this steadyrack next to a tadpole trike that I also had mounted I found the next available stud and used the anchor bolts. I have an Extra Large Stumpjumper Specialzed Mountain bike and used the Fat Rack. It was perfect and was mounted in less than 30 minutes. I eyeball the height and then put the bike on the rack to figure out the bottom piece for the rear wheel. Use either a string to figure the line down to the rear wheel block or even better invest in a laser level. Those things are the best. I end up using it a couple of times per year.

Great product. Great design. Very well manufactured. Sturdy and solid. Easy to install. Does everything it says it does. A must have for anybody looking to store bikes almost anywhere. I strongly recommend.
